條款和條件

本服務條款構成 HostBuddy 與每位使用我們服務的客戶之間的協議。使用本服務即表示您接受本條款、我們的可接受使用要求、隱私權政策以及適用的資料處理條款。

服務和帳戶資訊

客戶必須提供準確、最新的聯絡資訊，並保持郵箱地址的正常使用。隨著產品的發展，服務或第三方組件可能會變更、新增、暫停或終止。

費用和帳單

服務通常以預付費方式提供，並根據所選的計費週期進行結算。費用以美元計價，適用的稅費由客戶負擔。一次性費用、網域註冊費、WHOIS隱私權保護費和證書購買費均不予退還。

60天退款保證

Only a Customer’s first qualifying hosting purchase is eligible for the 60-day full money-back guarantee. If the Customer terminates that initial purchase within 60 calendar days of its original sign-up date and requests immediate termination, HostBuddy will refund the qualifying annual hosting service fees paid when the account was established. All subsequent hosting purchases, including additional plans and renewals, are not eligible for a full refund and may receive only a pro-rated refund for eligible unused hosting service. Setup fees, new domain-name registration fees, SSL certificate fees, and add-on purchases are non-refundable. Payments more than six months old are non-refundable. The full money-back guarantee does not apply to one-month, three-month, or six-month purchases, renewals, add-ons, or plan or billing-period changes. Cancellation requests must be submitted through the control panel site manager, where the Customer may select immediate termination or termination at the end of the applicable service period.

網域

網域註冊由註冊商合作夥伴處理。客戶同意適用的註冊商和 ICANN 條款，並瞭解註冊資訊必須與註冊商共用。域名費用概不退還。

取消、退款和爭議

取消請求必須透過已驗證的支援入口網站提交。客戶有責任在取消前備份文件、資料庫和電子郵件。終止服務後，剩餘資料可能會永久刪除。

付款與不付款

帳戶可能因逾期付款而被暫停，若款項仍未付清，則可能被終止。資料保留期限因服務類型而異，終止服務後的資料可能無法恢復。

資源使用情況

客戶必須遵守其套餐所規定的資源、文件數量、頻寬、儲存空間、連線數和服務限制。過度或有害使用可能會導致採取糾正措施。

安全和合理使用

試圖違反或規避網路安全措施是被禁止的。客戶對其帳戶中託管的網站、應用程式和服務的內容及其合法運作負全部責任。

執法

HostBuddy 可能會在必要時刪除內容、暫停服務或終止帳戶，以解決濫用、安全問題、未付款、退款或違反這些條款的情況。
