条款和条件

本服务条款构成 HostBuddy 与每位使用我们服务的客户之间的协议。使用本服务即表示您接受本条款、我们的可接受使用要求、隐私政策以及适用的数据处理条款。

服务和账户信息

客户必须提供准确、最新的联系信息，并保持邮箱地址的正常使用。随着产品的发展，服务或第三方组件可能会发生变更、新增、暂停或终止。

费用和账单

服务通常以预付费方式提供，并根据所选的计费周期进行结算。费用以美元计价，适用的税费由客户承担。一次性费用、域名注册费、WHOIS隐私保护费和证书购买费均不予退还。

60 天退款保证

Only a Customer’s first qualifying hosting purchase is eligible for the 60-day full money-back guarantee. If the Customer terminates that initial purchase within 60 calendar days of its original sign-up date and requests immediate termination, HostBuddy will refund the qualifying annual hosting service fees paid when the account was established. All subsequent hosting purchases, including additional plans and renewals, are not eligible for a full refund and may receive only a pro-rated refund for eligible unused hosting service. Setup fees, new domain-name registration fees, SSL certificate fees, and add-on purchases are non-refundable. Payments more than six months old are non-refundable. The full money-back guarantee does not apply to one-month, three-month, or six-month purchases, renewals, add-ons, or plan or billing-period changes. Cancellation requests must be submitted through the control panel site manager, where the Customer may select immediate termination or termination at the end of the applicable service period.

域名

域名注册由注册商合作伙伴处理。客户同意适用的注册商和 ICANN 条款，并理解注册信息必须与注册商共享。域名费用概不退还。

取消、退款和争议

取消请求必须通过已验证的客服门户提交。客户有责任在取消服务前备份文件、数据库和电子邮件。终止服务后，剩余数据可能会被永久删除。

付款与不付款

账户可能因逾期付款而被暂停，若款项仍未付清，则可能被终止。数据保留期限因服务类型而异，终止服务后的数据可能无法恢复。

资源使用情况

客户必须遵守其套餐所规定的资源、文件数量、带宽、存储空间、连接数和服务限制。过度或有害使用可能会导致采取纠正措施。

安全和合理使用

试图违反或规避网络安全措施是被禁止的。客户对其账户中托管的网站、应用程序和服务的内容及其合法运行负全部责任。

执法

HostBuddy 可能会在必要时删除内容、暂停服务或终止帐户，以解决滥用、安全问题、未付款、退款或违反这些条款的情况。
