How to setup Filezilla to use Passive or Active mode?

After you setup a connection in Filezilla (http://www.HostBuddy.com/support/KB/a61/how-to-set-up-ftp-connection-with-filezilla.aspx).

In the File-->Site Manager  (Illustrated Below), " Transfer Settings" tab.  In there, you can choose between Default, Passive and Active.  If you have problems making FTP connection, you should try both Passive and Active to see which one works.
